It appeared about 2-3 weeks ago. We took her to the vet this past Monday, and the vet said he wasn't worried about it unless it got any bigger, in which case they should be able to easily remove it based on shape/location. I believe it may have been a flat, colored spot prior (she has many), but after being groomed, this thing practically inflated overnight. It has not grown externally/visibly since we noticed it.

I have been so excited for this day for so long.

I do lots of things that should trigger anxiety, but don't anymore. I have done therapy for over 10 years, and I am on the max dose of 3 anxiety medications. I never could have seen this coming.

Over a year of planning and preparation. I felt fine until a bit before the ceremony. I figured, I would feel better after the ceremony.

Back to back panic attacks. Extreme panic attacks. Nothing was working. Every coping skill in the book only made a small dent. I was laying on the floor in the bathroom and then upstairs because it was one of the few things helping slightly.

I missed most of cocktail hour, the dinner, and we had to cut some th

Hello!

I had a ring originally planned for my husband to get, but it ended up not working out. My husband surprised me with a gorgeous lab diamond ring. I love the ring with all my heart.

My 2 concerns - 1, the band appears to be 1.2-1.4mm. Against my 2mm wedding band, it looks to be about half the size. I am hard on my hands, which is why I picked out the 2mm wedding band. Is there anything I can do to protect it? I know we will eventually have to replace the band. Until we can afford to do so, I am trying to figure out my options.

  1. It has pave stones. One already fell out, and he took it back to the jeweler to be fixed. What can I do to help protect these stones? It is okay if ther

Yall, I really want to cry.

I started with the alcohol/dish soap/water spray method. It killed everything except the eggs! I rinsed each plant thoroughly, wiped each leaf and stem down with microfiber gloves (washed in hot water after each use), and after I made sure they weren't in too much shock, I replaced all of the dirt (mistake, waiting.) This method was a tad harsh for my plants with thinner leaves - it dried them out a bit.

So, now I am trying Captain Jack's neem oil. My Calathea dottie is NOT responding well to it, but she is heavily, heavily infested. Poor Cher deserves better than this. The rest of the plants are doing better with this than with the alcohol

26F, colonoscopy in 2024. It came back clean; I was diagnosed with many small internal hemorrhoids and IBS-C (thought to be caused by diet and medications)

Prescribed to take miralax as needed - psyllium husk makes things worse.

I turned my diet around. I eat overnight oats, 2 servings of veggies, and fibrous fruits to maintain healthy BMs. I've been slowly losing weight. My BMs are regular and quite healthy, and my blood test/panel came back perfect, aside from low vitamin D (I take supplements per the MD).

Unfortunately, after one of the internal hemorrhoids "deflated", it decided to start hanging like a limp sack. I could no longer push it back in. I was told by the doctor it was ess

The title says most of it. I feel like autism makes grieving so much more difficult for me to handle.

I am watching several family members decline at the same time, and I have a senior dog I am very attached to. I don't know how to act or function aside from attempting to maintain my routines in the midst of it. I know therapy/counseling would be a good idea, but it is too expensive for me to go frequently at this point of time.

Do any of you have any tips, advice, or even kind words or links to things that helped you through the worst of it? I know time will help the most, but I am scared I will shut down and lose my ability to function for a long time with these losses.
