If you’re in the Ottawa area and enjoy fountain pens, inks, paper, or just appreciate the art of writing, there’s a local group you might like to know about.

The Ottawa Fountain Pen Society (OFPS) was established in 2001 and continues to be a welcoming gathering point for fountain pen enthusiasts in Canada’s National Capital Region. We currently have around 35 members and are always happy to welcome new faces.

We meet once a month, on the last Tuesday of each month, from September through June, in a central Ottawa location that is easy to access and offers plenty of parking for members coming from across the city and surrounding areas. Meeting dates are scheduled well

It’s been fifteen years that I’ve been going to the same dental office in Orleans. I really like my dentist. However, over the years, I’ve been assigned at least three different dental hygienists.

A few years ago, I was assigned to a hygienist who only speaks English. When I see specialists or doctors, I find it difficult to express myself clearly and be understood in English. I prefer to communicate in French, especially in medical or dental settings.

I am now looking for a new dental hygienist in Orléans who speaks French and is very understanding with people who have sensitive teeth.

I've been fishing for a long time and I have no clue why this event I keep losing fish.

When it's a small circle I used to be able to catch it.

During this event, when small circle, I try to catch it, after a long time it's impossible to catch. I never had this much problems fishing before even small circle.

Do they do it on purpose to upset us?

Any magical solution?

Entre autre je cherche l'huile de Stefano que j'ai eu en cadeau. Ma bouteille est vide et je trouve pas ici.

Pour les épices: est-ce qu'on peux trouver Les Savoureux quelque part? ou autre différentes compagnies du Québec.

Aussi le meilleur pain 'soudough'?

I tried a plant-based dill ranch for the first time (Javant's recipe), and it didn’t work for me—maybe the hemp seeds or something else. I followed the exact recipe.

I’m determined to find a plant-based dill ranch I actually enjoy.

What recipes have you tried that really deliver on flavor?

My son can't login PoGo with Trainer Club since a week. He even tried on my phone and ipad since message is appearing.

Myself I don't use Trainer Club but Google sign in and don't have problems.

We uninstalled the App, reinstalled.

How to resolve this issue? Help is useless.

I got a new iPad Pro.

The old one I erased all content and settings.

I just want the following on the old one:

• Netflix
• Bell Fibe
• couple basic games
• PressReader

and maybe random apps.

I don't want the pictures/videos to be transferred, mail, apps etc.

I'm going to use it in the kitchen when I do recipes, play couple games and watch Netflix once in a while.

The question is do I still use the same apple ID? or setup a new one?

Might be a dumb question but I've had apple products for years and always transferred everything to my new devices but this time it's different.

We are looking fir the best Baba Ghanoush, Hummus etc from Greek or Mediterranean groceries anywhere in town.

Hello, I’m new here and this is my first post.

I’m the mother of an alcoholic son (my Q).

My son has been struggling with alcoholism for over 12 years. Two years ago, he asked me to come back and live with us after quitting his job away from home. Since then, it has been a roller coaster.

He tried AA meetings—both in person and online—but stopped. He also tried two sessions with a psychologist and then quit.

Over the past 8 months, his drinking has escalated significantly. He now spends three to four days in a row in bed drinking, barely eating, consuming large amounts of hard liquor daily.

There have been two car accidents, the most recent just two weeks ago, leaving his car totaled.

We tried these restaurants and did not find the best greek salad yet in Vegas. Comments welcome
