It seems dodge is capped at ~80% and if you would move past 80% with a card, that card will stop spawning- is that how it works? You can’t go higher?
Cowboy’s rifle shot seems to NOT work on any boss? Is bulletstorm still the better choice even after they removed headshot from items?

I will be specific:
I boot disney speedstorm and it behaves exactly as you would expect it to, fans don't spin until 50°C and then they bring it down to 49°C, repeat
I boot AC Valhalla and the fans start spinning instantly at 30% speed, they never stop, not even when I alt tab back to windows and the temp drops as low as 32°C
I boot a game which actually makes the GPU go above 50°C, such as Helldivers 2, then the GPU might reach s

GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER Windforce OC 12G
and Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER Trinity
