I've just started Season 4, watching for the first time. But already I think I've already nailed the Four Sacred Justified Plot Devices...

  1. A blonde (always blonde) woman who rides/wants to ride Raylan's dick does something stupid and needs him to rescue him.

  2. Single-digit IQ hillbilly henchgoon gets a double-digit IQ idea, goes behind their boss's back, and it goes tits up.

  3. Someone who Raylan had a chance to shoot, and should've shot, but let go when he had a chance to shoot him, comes back to be a major pain in his arse.

  4. Obvious too-good-to-be-true scheme is ignored as being too-good-to-be-true.
