About 3.5 months ago I had an issue with my car not being able to start. I got my battery tested from auto zone and it came back bad and I got a new battery installed. Since then I've had an issue with my security light and the original key. I will insert the key and sometimes the security light system will keep periodically blinking which causes me to get a crank no start condition. I took it to Toyota three times now and they reset the security system and programmed me two new keys and was told to only use these new factory keys. Well the issue still is persisting I have tried removing battery terminal, the pin resetting the 5 and 13 terminal thing at the same time. The
