I am currently trying the elemental Diet (Integrative Theurapeutics ® Physicians Elemental Diet™), its day 4. I'm struggling to get all my calories in (I need ~2000) Day 1: 900 Cal Day 2: 800 Cal Day 3: 300 Cal Day 4: 0 Cal yet

My Problem is the symptoms (burping/bloating) just dont stop at all. I feel like I am just feeding my SIBO.

How can I starve my gut if the gas production continues? Does that mean the elemental Diet is not working? If so, how is that possible, I thought no nutrients would arrive in my small Intestine?

~Another desperate SIBO Case

I've had a positive blood test, where antibodies against transglutaminase coule be found, which first diagnosed with coeliac disease.

Then to make sure, I did an endoscopy where no evidence of coeliac disease could be found.

Which method is more secure?

Also i left gluten out of my diet for 2,5 months now and have no changes in my symptoms, which caused me to seek a doctor in the first place (mainly bloating).

Could I still have coeliac disease? I have another endoscopy coming up, should i start eating gluten again and get a second opinion this way?

I know, there are a lot of posts about it right now, but pls guys fill in the survey, its our best, if not only possibilty to change something for the better.

Points I want to include are:

1. The wish system needs to be changed, nobody wants to pull dupes. While getting new characters through wish stones is nice, if you're missing old ones, there is nothing you can do.

2. The removal of gold records in the shops is ridiculous, after they said they would be easier to obtain.

3. While i generally like the changes leveling up new espers is to time and stamina consuming at this point, this needs to be improved.

4. I think the increased difficulty in the ritual miracles should be compensated
