Hey, I recently got hold of a 5820k on the cheap and decided it would be great to upgrade my aging 2500k PC which is currently struggling to keep up with my GPUs in newer games like GTA V.

Hey,
I was just testing out the arcane dynamo passive with my RoF build which is using Light of Grace, however I am not too impressed so far. So far I am only running in Torment 1.
It seems that the 60% buff is applied to RoF which is a nice damage increase, but obviously you can not move throughout the duration, which makes things very problematic when being swamped by melee mobs.
I was wondering whether it would be better to drop the Arcane Dynamo passive which would also free up a skill slot since the signature isn't needed anymore, and instead put explosive blast (Chain or short fuse) or black hole (absolute zero or event horizon).
Either of these should help with melee mobs in gen
