From what I've seen and heard so far, from both their debut livestreams on YouTube and their tweets on Twitter, I would say that Mela is around a B1 to B2 level on the CEFR scale, while Sopia is around A2 to B1.
As for Kyoko and Tsuzuri, only based on their tweets on Twitter alone, I'd say that Kyoko is at least a B2 and maybe even C1 (or maybe even native 👀), while Tsuzuri is A1 with her "I don't food!!!!!!".
Will be interesting to see the rest of their debuts and streams from now on to see where they're at and where they end up in a few years!
