I’ve been using Cameron‘s velvet moon beans from Costco they’re salad but don’t have a roasted date. I get decent extractions, sometimes uneven, sometimes channeling.
Opus 2 at a 0.9 grinder setting. Bambino+. 17g in 17g out. WDT & Tamp. Usually between 34-40g extraction.
Good beans, good crema, but inconsistent. Not sure if it’s the beans or me.
