Hi, I'm getting married later this year and I'm looking for a wedding dress tailor. I bought my dress online and I know that most tailors in the bridal salons will only work on the dresses bought there. Does anyone know or have recommendations for an independent tailor or a shop that will take dresses not bought on-site? I'm in the east end of the East Valley but am willing to drive for a great service.

Hi, I want to know if I have legal grounds to push back on something that just happened to me. On Thursday I was informed that I was recommended for a title promotion with a raise, but along with the new position and job description I was going to be converted from salaried with DTO (discretionary time off, basically unlimited) to hourly with PTO. I was also told this would be effective as of Sunday (start of new pay cycle). Like any rational person, on Friday I put in a bunch of DTO for the rest of the year and it was approved. I talk with my manager today (she didn't like that I would be switched to hourly either), and it turns out they can't keep me as salaried with the rest of the change

I saw a touring production of Hadestown last night (I loved it), and since then I've been turning over this question. It's a retelling of Orpheus and Eurydice for anyone unfamiliar. One of the main themes of the show is that from the start we know it's a tragedy, we know it doesn't end well, but it's a story we continue to tell anyway, if only to hold the hope that it will turn out differently this time. It got me thinking what Dream would think of 1. that mortals continue to tell the story of his son and 2. the device of the storytelling itself that repeats and spins on hope and love in the face of tragedy and heartbreak.

I was in a relationship with Giva and I loved my little nerdy scientist but after >!everyone finds out about the witchcraft!< she pulled back and I wanted to give her space so I agreed but I didn't know it would mean breaking up 😭. Now I'm too far in the game for >!Kim or Amira!< and I don't want to start from the beginning with anyone else.

Thanks to this show, I was inspired to check out HH and now I'm a 32 year old binging my way through this children's program 😂. And now I want to watch everything the Six have done. Any tips on where I can find Yonderland?

Do people ever not like the colors in their season? Based on the photos I've seen on here from people who look like me I'm probably a spring/summer, but I feel like I'm scared to be typed because my closet is 50% black and I'll feel pressured to pick clothes that fit my "type" but not my personality. But on the other hand I'm so curious!! Does anyone else feel this way?

Getting in the elevator

SpoilerDiscussion

spoilers for season 2 . . . . . So, when it comes to Az getting in the elevator (specifically the last moment where he gets in) - I believe Az knew he made a mistake the moment he heard "Second Coming".

Backing up - I do believe the coffee theory is plausible, however in order for the Metatron to manipulate Az he had to tell Az that he would be doing good in Heaven. M would have known how anti-armaggedon Az is due to him trying to stop the War in s1 and that he would have never signed up to start another Armageddon. He played into Az' naivete that Heaven is interested in Doing Good and that it would be a safe place for them and Crowley.

But as soon as Az hears that another Armageddon is
