Different categories of flags documented by Schmöger in Munich - Bavaria, Germany, Europe, other national/subnational, commercial flags at premises, other commercial flags, sports flag, religious flags, political flags and others.

In 2015, Manuela Schmöger presented to the 26th ICV on a project to document flags flown publicly in the city of Munich, Bavaria. A bit of a bigger project than just "in the neighbourhood", with a bit more analysis possible as a result. The idea was to take transects of the city, defined by the tram lines.
