Anyone have a good picture of their bike with an Apache case on the luggage rack while also having duffel bags/backpack on top of the Apache?

I usually strap my duffel bag on the bag with bungee cord or a small cargo net and was wondering what it looked like with the Apache case on there too. My gym duffel would be too big to stuff in the case so thats why i need to keep the top open and available for my bags

Anyone have a diy solution so that i can drive the CRV with my back glass open?

I used to have a jeep liberty and my dog loved to look out the back window while we were driving. For some reason- this CRV does not allow for that without the car filling with exhaust fumes.

I presume its something to do with the negative pressure that the car makes while driving and the empty space in the car pulling the exhaust fumes in. The worst is that even when i open the passenger door windows- the exhaust will still enter the car via open back glass.

It is possible that i have an exhuast leak that may be causing this- but curious if anyone has this issue and has a solution for it.

Just curious if there’s any industries out there that have their busiest months in the winter and fall?
I’m in hvac and manufacturing so we get a big jump in Q1 as people buy and then another big jump as temps start to increase and problems arise.

Curious if there’s any industries that see a busy season in the fall and winter?

What do you think the chances are for getting a daily pass for the wave trail daily lottery? It’s middle of June so very hot. They only allow 16 daily lottery applicants in. Just testing my luck for a Wednesday hike.

So i earned a promotional companion pass by booking a specific flight a few months ago. The promotional companion pass is only available august 10- october 15? or something like that.

We are planning on flying on august 15 but my issue is that i am not able to book the companions seat until august 10... 5 days before the flight.

Is there anyway to get the companion pass early? or do i have to just roll the dice and wait for august 10. Right now the flight is basically empty which is re assuring but if it fills up are we just SOL.

Is it the same process for the return trip or if i secure the companion seat for the departure flight does it also secure the return flight?

Considering getting another bike so I can handle gravel paths in my area.

I don’t bike all that much. 50 miles would be my absolute peak distance. But normally 20-30 is more what I hang around.

The area around me has terrible drivers so I don’t want to do anything on roads, and all of our trails are mixed with mostly gravel and some paved sections.

I’ve been riding my Giant OCR 3 road bike and it is very sketchy on the gravel parts. So much as that I slow way down and it really wrecks my workout.

Thinking about getting this Escape 3 for those rides that I know I’m getting into some gravel.

Would i be best suited to getting this Escape 3 with solid fork, straight handlebar, and rim

My 9 month old little guy has never humped anything and I’m a little worried, maybe?

All my other German shepherds growing up were freaks. But this guy?- He’s pure.

He tried to hump my parents GS (another dude) once and he snapped at him. That’s the first and last time I’ve seen him try to get it on.

He still has his jewels (dropped) for the next few months and I’m just curious if I should be worried about his lack of drive. I rarely even see him sportin’ the rocket.

Don’t get me wrong I’m glad my little buddy is still my little buddy. I just want to make sure he’s all good.

maybe im the only one here that thinks this but theres a few tools & items that seem to just "belong" to one brand. I rarely see the other manufacturer's competitor tool. I know they exist but its just from what i typically see. Whenevr i see the competitor tool, it looks off to me. I'm also not loyal to one brand and my toolbox has a little bit of everything.

Oscillating multitools are always dewalt, Driver bits are always Milwaukee, palm sanders always ryobi, right angle drill atatchment is always dewalt, battery screwdrivers are always milwaukee.

Dog does not want anything to do with any balls unless it squeaks- Specifically the rubber "Chuck-It" ball. Ive tried tricking him by holding both balls and throwing the non squeaker but somehow he knows.

For some reason he only has taste for the $4.99 balls which he also loses about one a month. I'm about to set up the amazon purchase to send me one per month at this point.
