Trojan agent tesla malware quarantined and removed, next step?

So I was doing some work on my windows 11 laptop and noticed the program I was using and chrome were lagging a lot for a little bit and then I got a popup from windows defender saying it had detected "Trojan:Win32/AgentTesla!ml" I then quarantined and removed it. Malwarebyte gives a clean scan.

It says this file was in the recycle bin, and I vaguely recognize the file name and feel like I saw it recently, I have a memory disorder and can't remember where I did see it, but I feel like I deleted it right away. Possibly popped up when i accidentally plugged in a cheap little keyboard i got off Amazon which I meant to not do, but I'm pretty sure I deleted the file right away. No hits at all on

Epson ET-8550 - did i damage it by not removing all the blue tape before running setup?

Troubleshooting

I recently got an epson et-8550, and while i heard about all the blue tape beforehand, i didnt know which parts opened and missed some packing material/tape inside of the loading trays before turning on the printer. It did it's initial alignment with the stuff in there and was making a loud (louder than i expected but not extremely alarming) whirring/grinding noise while running, which is what made me investigate wether or not i had missed anything. After taking stuff out I've done a few test prints.

Is it possible I damaged the printer at all by running it with packing material in the trays? and is there a way for me to run an alignment again or test if any damage was done if so?

If I buy a better graphics card, do I need to upgrade anything else?

Build Help

So I bought this prebuild maybe 4 years ago, all the specifications are on that page. The only thing I've done to it is replace the HDD and the main fan when they quit working.

I'm planning on upgrading the RAM from 8GB to 16GB, and also looking to upgrade the graphics card.

Currently I have the Radeon RX 460.

Which graphics card should I get?

I've been interested in getting a VR headset for a long time, and the only part of my computer that isn't capable of running it is my graphics card. I currently have an AMD Radeon RX 460. I'm just looking for the most affordable option that could run VR on my PC.

Is the 470 capable? If so, is that the best/ most affordable option? Is there a certain type I need to buy that would be compatible with my PC?

Also, I noticed ebay has hard drives at a much lower price, are those trustworthy or is it kind of a gamble? Where should I buy from?

Northern Oregon, found indoors

I find these every once in a while indoors. I know the photo quality isn't great, but this thing was smaller than a grain of rice.

It has very thin legs and I believe a pair of wings were sticking out from under it's shell on top? It kind of resembles a beetle to my completely untrained eye.

Can anyone tell me what it is? or is the picture quality too poor?
