I've recently scrapped my car and worked out that I will only get £20 back if I cancel my insurance. I have permission to drive other cars can I retain the insurance and drive other cars until it expires?
Has anyone received the awards from Tokyo and Dubai (?) I got top three three times and didn't receive a reward
I've been looking at my IR35 situation. Currently I fall outside, but was wondering if I could be better off inside. I know this is strange, but if I earn 100k and salary sacrifice 60k inside IR35 employers NI is 3,223 per HMRC calc. Outside IR35 if I pay all as salary I would pay 4,238 employers NI. I know I could pay less salary and get a lower tax rate (19% vs 20%+13.4%), but I wouldnt be better off. Am I missing something here?
Unions threaten to strike to get a bigger than Inflation pay rise
standard.co.uk/news/transport/tube-strike-thr...I have a Synology Router and want to be able to store logs on my NAS. I can only see options to use local USD storage, is it possible to set my NAS up as a storage location?
I've got a weird problem with an addin(EPM) somehow when it gets upset it is disabling access to all normal excel functions that lie below a dropdown in the ribbon.
I can't work out the VBA to tell what is happening or restore without quitting excel. This is happening to many users but can't find on the web any suggestions
I've been playing last man standing in the factory as a zombie and had the robot kill be twice by shooting out his mouth. Once was before the round started! Why does that happen?
Even if you discount the speaker and an empty seat the conservatives + DUP only make up 50% (exactly) of the house.
I'm looking to save a simple Excel file as a | delimited file - because commas are in the data and the system I am exporting to doesn't take xml. I can't use the system settings in Region Settings as users don't have admin access
I'm trying to switch electricity suppliers and have seen some suppliers (British Gas) are only letting people prepared to get smart meters onto the best tariffs. Is this legal? It seems like an unhanded backhander (and them hoping no-one reads the fine print)
The reason I don't want one is I don't want British Gas to have the ability to switch my power off whenever they muck up
How do they think it is a reasonable reason to strike?
I've got a pretty new DS918+, but the last day or two it has been making almost constant disk noises. The Resource Monitor says nothing is in use and the disk is barely above 1% - there are no odd processes running and the logs show nothing suspicious. Storage manager says the disks are healthy Anyone got any ideas? Thanks
Edit. Thanks for your ideas, i think the fault lies with Windows 10. Out is only doing it when i boot up my computer and stops when i switch off. Must be somethring polling continuously
I got the latest exclusive today, it's an A4 piece of paper with a barely legible ywing on it. Anyone else think they put the intern onto thinking of the cheapest exclusives they could think of?
