Anyone have an, explain like I'm 5 tutorial, video or whatever you can point me to?

I'm sure it's not as hard as I'm making it, but obviously getting it wrong is a problem. Just want to make sure I'm doing it right. We've got a CA server that's not really doing anything anymore, I'd like to get rid of it and start over, but want to start from day 1 kinda thing, never really understood it and don't want to learn the hard way.

Testing out Keeper, like it enough. Now how do I make them use it, I've seen others turn off the save PW option in browsers, but I work in a GOV office and 'forcing' for is a tough sell.

Any suggestions?

Anyone know where/how I can find these logs?

I've enabled the reason pop-up box for users when they disable GP. All the links I've found for where to find these users who've turned it off and they're reason logs aren't there. Something I need to enable on the end users machines as well? Obviously doing it wrong somewhere, any help?
