Hi! We’re AKSES • SIBOL, a group of fourth-year Communication Arts students from De La Salle University currently working on our thesis production.

We’re developing a public relations campaign that promotes awareness and understanding of invisible disabilities among passengers of Metro Manila’s railway systems, including the LRT and MRT! We’re currently looking for participants who may be interested in contributing to our campaign research and production.

Thank you so much for helping us make Metro Manila's public transportation spaces more inclusive and understanding! 🌻

to my fellow non-dormers/uwian students na ang laki ng nakakain na oras kaka-commute to and from school, how do you cope? 😭 there are days na di na kaya ng music/podcast ang burnout ng traffic and siksikan sa lrt and bus.

i'm also trying to avoid scrolling thru social media too much (e.g., habang nakapila sa terminal) kaya any tips would be nice! 🥹

hello! so after 6 mental health professionals (both psychiatrists and psychologists), a couple misdiagnoses, and wrong medication, i was finally diagnosed with a condition na i've been exhibiting symptoms for since pagkabata.

however, nagdududa lang ako because i got diagnosed sa 2nd session ko with my new psychiatrist and parang yes-man siya sa mga nababanggit kong symptoms. i was cautious of labeling/self-diagnosis while sharing, pero siya talaga mismo nagsasabi na "yes, you do have it. yes, you're neurodivergent."

well, to be fair, 7 pages worth of symptoms pinakita ko sa kanya. he can't just say no to those 😅

so my question is, is it normal to be diagnosed in the 2nd sesh and without

DISCUSSION/QUERY

Hello! Anyone here na nakapag-consult na with Dr. Diane Bernardo and/or Dr. Jervin Quicho?

I'm about to book a consultation for tomorrow and I'm choosing between the two of them. Thank you!

i’m asking kasi i remember they mentioned before that they’d be sending out the instructions sometime last week, but so far wala pa talaga akong natatanggap until now. 😅

i totally understand naman that they’re handling a huge number of applicants (i think more than 500, if i’m not mistaken), so it makes sense that things might take a while on their end. still, i just wanted to make sure na i didn’t miss anything important.

if anyone here already received an update, can you let us know what the process looks like moving forward? it would really help ease the anxiety habang naghihintay tayo. thanks in advance, and good luck sa ating lahat! 🙌
