I'm seeing an issue and I've got reports from a few other YouTube users on RCN and I'm starting to think it's an RCN (Astound) specific issue. Anyone else that can confirm?

Blue gate, reinforced reception, going back up the zip line there was like an explosion that stunned me all the way to the bottom and my flare went up. First of all, not sure what it was but it wasn't a pulse mine and it wasn't an electrical mine but I was stun locked all the way to the bottom.
There were two people nearby, neither on mic and I don't think they were working together but I was stuck in the shaft and neither of them had defibs so I was stuck but I had survivor and I had nothing to lose by waiting.
EVENTUALLY the villain revealed himself and it was one of the two and he got tied of waiting and knocked me.
The part that gets me is that it not only shows me that I downed myse
What I've observed is that when you're enrolling a Mac in Intune, it requires different app access than a windows device, so our CAP exceptions are not sufficient. Apparently mac's require access to the Azure AD app, which I don't want to make an exception for outside of our corporate network.
Functionally this means that users need to be on our trusted network to enroll but after that they're fine. Is there a good answer to this that I'm missing?
That's all the "current" data I've got... any idea what kind of an AC problem would exhibit symptoms like these? This power draw was measured at the circuit btw, not at the AC unit itself. When I look at the AC unit, neither the fan nor the compressor are running.
It's something that I've seen a lot in the last year and I don't understand what the deal is.
We were looking to get off VMware and refresh our hardware in one fell swoop but it was already going to be expensive and a 75% quote increase announced the day before the quote expires has probably put that out of reach. I was REALLY looking forward to being able to handle purchasing and support for our international offices through nutanix directly, instead of through regional vendor support offices as is currently the case with Dell.
Does anyone have suggestions of similar hyperconverged providers with good international support experiences and "reasonable" prices that haven't started turning the screws yet?
Hyper V isn't out of the question but I would prefer an all in one solution.
My main concern is messing up my entity names because I just made a bunch of automations keyed off them and I don't wanna have to troubleshoot any of that.
I've looked at the integration itself and it's REALLY not clear where any option would be to replace the existing API key. Am I blind or is that not really an option?
Basically, my hope was that since these have become somewhat common, there would be a lot of basic LLM support for them by turnkey apps like ollama or whatnot. All I want is something local that I can use just for general queries or maybe some local home assistant LLM calls, or whatever. The problem is that I think the only thing that really supports them is openvino, which people seem to like, but still isn't super widely used.
Is there a slam dunk homelab way to leverage these instead of just pointing them to the iGPU? It's leaving a free compute on the table and I'd love to take advantage of it.
The point of the series is not "hey, here's the best way to change over to Linux," it's "hey, what's the landscape look like for someone coming in fairly fresh from Windows." Complaining about his research, resources and distro type misses the entire point that his "research" was pretty on par with what a "normie" would be recommended, and what it would be like for them.
If you have a complaint about that, either this video is not for you, which is fine, or you should work on your distro of choice's marketing team, because they need to get the word out better.
I just upgraded from a B7 and at the time, it seemed like there was some progress on the LG API to allow actual controls of picture modes via HA but I was limited by the compatibility of that older model itself.
Well I'm on the newest model and it doesn't appear that the local LG integration is any better for it and getting a token set up for the LG Thinq app has been challenging while looking like it's MOSTLY for their non TV appliances.
Is this possible or am I barking up the wrong tree?
I know people get heated about AI so please enjoy my non AI curated stream of consciousness.
For those that aren't aware, Inovelli has been working on developing an upgrade to their zigbee and zwave smart dimmer switch that includes mmWave presence detection for about 2.5 years now. Well I finally got mine last Sunday.
The whole idea of a mmWave presence switch has some issues that make it not a slam dunk for every switch in your house. The root of it is that in a lot of cases, maybe most, the switch isn't going to be facing into the room to really capture presence of the entire room all that ideally.
With that in mind, if you have a switch location for a particular room that does fac

I'm running into that issue and so far the usual suspects are not solving it. I think in the intune logs I've pinned it down to the AAD User check failing. The problem is that the error message is so specific that I can't really find information that I think would be relevent in my searches. It's basically complaining that it can't load System.RuntimeCompilerServices.Unsafe or there's a version mismatch but I have no idea what could have affected that to impact Intune like this.
This seems largely to have affected User based deployments but device based still work without issue. Does anyone know what this could be?
AAD User check is failed, exception is System.ArgumentExcept
