After reading about it overclocking and watching a few tutorials I tried overclocking my cpu to a 4400MHz and set my cpu vcore to 1.202V. I am wondering if this culd increase the performance of my cpu or should I just set it all back to auto.

Hey guys! I just bought an xfx rx6900 xt and I was hoping to get hogh frames in warzone, but it is performing even worse than my old card (6700xt). I was thinking if my cpu could be the problem, bottlenecking the card but the cpu usage is not high at all(40-50%) I observed that my gpu is only running on 50-60% when I play warzone, but it is runing on 97% using furmark. Here are my specs:
