hi you guys, i misplaced an order during the birthday drop and i cancelled almost immediately via customer service. my order was quickly confirmed as „cancelled“ and i was told i would be issued my refund in 5-7 business days.

well, the refund wasn‘t showing up on my account, so i checked in with them. they told me i would have to contact my bank, because they have issued the refund on their end.

this morning, i get the notif that my supposedly cancelled order is on the way! i emailed them a few minutes after receiving that update but they haven’t gotten back to me yet.

i find this really frustrating and confusing. i just want my money back, it was a pretty big order as well.

I feel like I need to write it all out as I physically cannot talk about what happened to me, I hope somebody in here can help me navigate this. Maybe someone who has gone through something similar
