I've got this error message, but the mech has a warfare suite, what am I missing?

Given that they have stated that the Aberant Mind, Soul Knife and Psionic Warrior are coming as well they look to be bringing Psionics as a power source in, what do people think about either a Psionic based Monk subclasss, or a Psionic based half caster at a later date?
Does anyone have a copy of the template for the REA vendor agreement they could flick me?
As above what must the seller of a property declare, both to the purchaser and to the real estate company, and a follow up would be does anyone have access to the template for the agent vendor agreement?
The issue is that a property I brought had bad piles and inadequate stormwater and it was not declared (yes I got a builders report, I took him to the DT and won as the report he gave was "manifestly inadequate"), however this place is very expensive to repair and the vendor must have known about the issue as they are a building company. I've seen different things in a variety of places, from "they didn't need to declare it" to "they were obligated to" including that there is a section in
Howdy, I made a claim against a real estate company that they didn't declare serious issues with the foundations of a property I purchased, but failed as I couldn't prove they knew about the issues as they were "not trained for that". However the property has other issues, including weather tightness, as the exterior cladding had a lot of rot and there was nostormwater drainage, is it worth taking another crack at them on this basis? Or have I already poisoned the well with the first claim?
I won a DT against a house inspector that "did a laughably poor job" but he isn't paying, I've contacted the local district court but they say it's my job to insure the order is followed and link me to:

Which of the options are most suitable to get the 15k the order stated?
Hi I read a series a few years back set in a fictional Roman/Hellenistic universe were Pompey had never erupted, it seemed to be almost set in a world where Ars Magica (the TTRPG) was the world setting (they kept talking about The Order of Hermes) and one of the characters was a young student with an affinity for fire. Anybody got any clue as to what it was called?

I'm undertaking a dispute with a house inspection company that "missed" a significant issue with the foundations of a property, I recall being told that a 50mm drop in foundations was determined to be "visible" (that is not requiring specialist equipment or training to note) but I need a record of this for the dispute, could you point me at a case or decision that outlines this?
Only started happening today, if I try to select a relic the game crashes, I removed the only mod I've added recently, anyone else having this issue?
Ran a 1.5 skull mission, "The Clans are testing a super heavy prototype mech..." figured it's going to be a heavy, nope, 200 ton Leviathan, the mission up to that point wasn't 1.5 skulls., let alone after that monster came into visual.
