I'm trying to submit a refund/return request, but the only option is to submit a ticket on their US support page first, which is fine. After doing that, i get an email from pulsar with a separate link to another website altogether to view my ticket (lethal.gg) but when attempting to login, it doesn't recognize the same password as pulsars site, it doesn't let me reset my password because i need to "contact administration", and it says my email is in fact in use, so what now? I'm stuck in this loop with no one responding besides telling me to "submit a ticket." Super annoying, checking here to see if anyone delt with the same and how they go around it, thanks.

14700k recent RMA unit, MSI Z790 Carbon II recent bios, 420 AIO DDR5 64gb 6800, W11.

Ive tried testing many bios configs, from stock, stock+undervolt, locked P/E cores, HT/E cores off, stock/XMP/tuned timings. For some reason, day to day suddenly the performance tanks. The main game ive used as a simple benchmark is The Finals practice range because its consistent & easy to notice the problem. If its running right, ill see anywhere from 290-360 FPS. But when its not, i lose literally 100 FPS, averaging in the 230's & mouse input feels randomly muddy.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any input is appreciated, not sure how else to troubleshoot.

Ive gone back/fourth with my support tickets to no avail, how do i get them to actually help me?

No cheats/mods/misc apps/software open, just basic w11 startup processes, steam, & the launcher.

Around a week ago i did a fresh W11 clean install, wiping my boot nvme drive. GTA was already on another drive, but i did have to reinstall the launcher, not sure about BE service at that time, but since then everything has been deleted/reinstalled 3 or so times. Im now getting kicked by BE nonstop, basically cant play online, and invite only sessions work for half an hour or so.

I thought i was crazy at first, but after more testing between 2 different mice and multiple skates, the GPX2 (with & without game surface mode) and the Zowie U2 (max LOD), im positive these mice do not track consistently on the black mid variant of the ShidV2.

Using stock skates is bearable, but still inconsistent in use cases where precision matters like flicks or recoil control. Using XRay jade or obsidian skates, both mice are basically unusable. You can tell the aftermarket skates are much thicker than the stock skates which could be the issue, but either way, save yourself the headache/ waste of money. Back to using my Otsu.

TLDR dont waste your time as a competitive KBM player, bad game.

I simply dont understand why every COD game gets worse with its balance between controller vs KBM players. I dont care that Aim Assist is strong, its supposed to be. What i care about is that i physically cannot do the same damage output as a controller, unless i happen to be aiming with 110% accuracy, which simply wont happen #skilldiff. Im a generally high skill player/aimer in all FPS, but this game makes it unbearable.
