I recently purchased konnected security interface and been hooking up my home's old, wired security system. Zone 3 is listed as "open" while all the other zones and sensors have been confirmed to work.

The label for Zone 3 is hard to read. I can make out it says "patio" .... Then the rest I can't read at all. I have looked for other potential sensors where this zone could service, but can't find any. I even replaced the patio door sensor and still the zone status says " open," leading me to think there is another sensor I am unaware of.

The patio door is the back door of our home.
