I'm seeing the following when I view my dashboard on my phone:

The big box just sits there looking like it's going to load something, but never does?
I've tried logging out and back into my account and have gone as far as deleting the app and reinstalling it, but nothing ever changes. I'm assuming it's supposed to be showing some kind of useful info there?
I haven't engaged US Mobile support via chat yet. Mostly because I'm not sure they'd be able to understand what I'm seeing within my app when I go to describe it.
Does anyone else have this issue?
Piggybacking off the great news shared by u/ankhattak yesterday that RCS would be available on iPhones on the Warp network today, I read through his thread on what it would take to get this enabled.
At first, it was suggested that you would have to reset your network settings for this to take effect. But u/artichokeater noticed that for him, toggling the eSim off and back on for your line seemed to work. I did this on my phone and my wife's phone and sure enough it appears to have worked!
For those that don't know, resetting your network settings also causes your wifi settings to be wiped out and yo
My bank is being abnormally strict (as far as I'm concerned) and is saying that a "phone number doesn't match the name" on an account and can't be used for SMS verification. I called the bank and tried explaining that it's part of a shared pool, but didn't get very far. They suggested contacting my cell phone provider to see if I could get the phone number updated to reflect the actual persons name it belonged to.
I'm assuming this means tieing the number to a given name in the Caller ID system. The line is on Warp, so I believe I read that this can be done.
I tried doing this via chat, but it was taking quite a while to do so and I didn't have time to continue. Was hoping that there was a
I've been with USMobile for years, but recently added a few lines and have things separated out into multiple pools. It took a few attempts with support, but I finally got the pools to terminate on the same day for ease of management and to take advantage of consolidated billing.
Today was the big day. My pools were set for renewal. But despite Consolidated Billing being enabled on my account, I received two separate bills for my pools.
It's not a huge deal, to be honest. I was just expecting the bills for both pools to be combined into one bill per the verbiage about consolidated billing. Does consolidated billing only work for lines outside of a pool and not with pools themselves?
My pr
Just wondering if it's possible to sync renewals dates for different services so that they all renew on the same date to take advantage of consolidated billing?
I have two pools that have renewal dates about a week apart. Is it possible to have them renew on the same date without losing service that has been paid for? If I renew the one pool a week early to match the other, can I get that week that is lost pro-rated and refunded back?
I did a quick chat with support and they offered to give me a little additional data in the next cycle to make up for the week that was lost. But I might not use the data that I was allocated in the first place, so additional data doesn't really help that muc
Just wondering if USMobile has given any thought to adding a feature to their 2FA where a user can selectively choose to remember a device for X number of days and have it not needing 2FA again during that time?
I love me some 2FA for the added security. But I also don't really like having to type it every time I login, especially from a home PC where the IP and browser fingerprint should be the same from day to day.
Just a thought. Thanks for being awesome, USMobile!
Just wanting to vent here as I've had some frustration trying to port two numbers into USMobile. I'm here visiting my elderly parents and decided to move them over to USMobile to save them some money off their current provider.
Timing is critical here because I'm only in town for a short while and neither of them are very technical, so I wanted to handle all this before leaving. Shouldn't have been a problem as I started on Wednesday and I'm not leaving until Saturday.
Wednesday: I create a new pool for them ($10 for a shared 2 GB pool) and I attempt the port of their two numbers around noon with two GSM starter kits that I have in my possession. Enter all the information on the website a
I'm not sure if I'm here to rant/vent/cry/scream or what, but I've been having some frustration with potty accidents that my 8.5 mo. old rescue has been having in the house. Generally speaking, my puppers is really good. He's kind and gentle, crate trained, knows basic commands, etc. My one and really only complaint is that he has been having potty accidents (which, luckily, have all been #1) in the house in the evenings.
They mostly seem to happen in the evening (although he did it once in the morning) around dinner time when there is a lot of commotion going on with dinner prep and the kids doing homework, etc. Since we have cued on this, we do give him ample opportunities to go outside.
Any guesses on what our rescue is? He is estimated to be ~6 months old and weighs 27 lbs. The rescue org had his mix listed, but I'm curious if reddit concurs (I'll post the rescue results after we get some guesses here - don't want to taint the guesses).

twitter.com/opnsense/status/1435501918831448065Out of curiosity, if I wanted to move from unliimited to a pooled plan or vice versa, does that need to happen at the end of a billing cycle? Does one just reach out to support to make this type of request. And would there be any downtime (as there is sometimes in porting a number) since we're not changing networks and staying on Super LTE?
I understand that moving from Super LTE to GSM would essentially involve a port of the line and all of that. But I wasn't sure if the whole process is smoother if one stays within the same network?
