Howdy! I was going to drain my 2011 Rav4 2.5L's antifreeze this afternoon, but I felt the drain cock crack when I attempted to unscrew it (with hands, not tools and I stopped at the first crack).

So how should I approach this? The fluid in the reservoir is still pink which seems like a good thing. How would you approach this?

The optical drive works in a different machine though, loads games just fine.

In the machine it was in when I bought it, it just grinds and spins. Have any of you encountered such a thing?

I'm mostly just curious and looking for ideas, I knew it was broken when I bought it and have two that work already. I was just surprised when the optical drive worked in a different machine. I also swapped the power supply from the broken machine into a good machine (this was probably really dumb, don't do it).

So I'm finishing up a rewatch of the original Netflix show and figured I'd share some super-informed and well thought-out insights into the show.

It needs more frames! I didn't notice the first time because I hadn't watched animation for quite a while outside of Pixar films, which cost a little more than this show probably did. Anyway, I've seen some really good examples of television animation this year (Pantheon, Common Side Effects, the Critical Role shows) that looked much more fluid. Maybe nVidia could spare a few cycles to remaster this show.

Hi, my Rav4 makes a grinding sound between about 1500-1800 RPM at cruising speed. Goosing the gas stops it, until we're cruising again. I only notice it in town, but don't have much interstate driving with it yet. Transmission fluid is dark when I check the dipstick, but seems to be at an appropriate level. I can't tell if this noise is actually from the transmission or something else, like a much less important and expensive heat shield rattling. Any advice on how I could differentiate?

I don't think that's happened and probably wouldn't ask about many other bands, but NIN will sometimes just put out stuff as a thank you, like 'leaking' the Closure video as a DVD9 torrent back when that was as good as things could get.
