She is only in 4k but she had a song to sing about how happy her teacher was for all of the students to be there. Zero to do about God or any of that bullshit that I was forced into as a child. It felt amazing to not have her talking about God or Heaven or Hell or anything related to that.

..but you need to make sure to thank him for not killing you in it.

I am so incredibly sick and tired of everything good that happens being "MAKE SURE TO GIVE ALL OF THE GLORY TO GOD!" and when something bad happens, "ONLY GOD KNOWS WHY THAT HAPPENED."

A huge tornado that hit and is all I see on my feed is people thanking God for keeping them safe. He is the dirty motherfucker who sent the tornado in the first place. It just takes me back to the WELS and how we were all taught to always thank God for anything good that happened in our lives. Even if it was something that took a lot of personal effort, God was the one who should get the praise.

Sorry for the rant. I'm starting to realize

Prayers!!!

Discussion

Great to see Pathways and Alliance tossing up their prayers for anyone who lost anything in today's storms. Fuck these churches who beg for cash and when disaster strikes, they offer up prayers for those. Alliance is too busy trying to build a fucking school.

I vaguely recall some sort of tv special that we recorded onto VHS and would watch all of the time. It was almost like something Jim Henson Muppets related but some of the characters were just real people but had Max Headroom type of makeup on and it freaked me out. I tried looking up any Jim Henson specials and couldn't seem to find it. It would have aired in the late 80s or very early 90s.

Here is a picture of Max Headroom

Giving FUBO a try due to YTTV, I have a 77 OLED and is there something I'm missing with the picture quality setting? It is terrible trying to watch the Monday Night Football game. Is there something I should be changing?

I was 2u2 and now one kid is 3 1/2 and the other is 1 1/2. They are starting to really play together. At first I was so on top of both of them to make sure everyone was being nice and playing well. After a few weeks I realized that I don't need to be doing that. Let them figure it out and learn how to play together. As long as no one is hitting, it is ok to let them get frustrated with each other or argue over a toy. After a minute, they figure it out and move on.

It is so hard to just enjoy this time when everything is so hectic every single day. Learn to take a step back and just let it go.
