I started my own contract with a different company when I moved in. New company installed their own tanks. Old company (over the phone) said they would come get their tanks, which are disconnected and sitting on my yard. It's been months. At what point can I get rid of them myself? Or do I need to write a letter? I've never had a contract of any kind with the old company, nor received a fuel delivery. Previous owners thought I should just use up the propane but I wanted everything with one company asap and didn't think the old company would just...not get their crap.

I've got about twenty seedling apple trees - long story short, I can't resist planting any sprouted seed. I know seedlings are a crapshoot in terms of flavor, but at least one has to be good, right?

I've also got several huge decorative crabapples, courtesy of the former owners of my property. My plan is to topwork them with grafts next spring. Since I don't want to waste precious space growing garbage apples, I figure I should pump up the growth of my seedlings as much as possible, and turn the 1 year old growth into scions. More growth means more scions means more chances to take, right?

To that end, I would appreciate tips on how to promote a ton of upright woody growth on my baby tr

My daughter is 1.5 but huge, taller than most 2.5s. We have had her in the large cloth-eez (brown edge) prefolds with a fully-opened Thirsties size two cover since she was 8 months, because the size down (blue edge) prefolds stopped being able to touch corners around her waist at all. I'm using the "trifold, then spread open the top edges around her waist, then Snappie" style. We haven't had leaks until a month ago.

The leaks are exclusively happening in the front at the waistline. Her pants are getting wet with urine. I've tried folding the edge of the diaper down by an inch, but not only does that make the diaper not fit around her waist well, but it doesn't help the leaks. I make sure

I'm trying to give local food gifts for Christmas this year. I would love to put together a selection of NH-made cheeses for some gift baskets, and perhaps include other local farm products like spreads too. Please no contributions from the rest of New England, I know Vermont has excellent cheese makers but I'm doing a NH state theme :)

If you know a good co-op or other store I can find a lot of local products, I would love to know as well!
