I know this is a common issue and I’m venting but any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Our daughter has never been a great sleeper. For the first 9 months or so we didn’t really know any better and my wife would immediately breast feed her whenever she cried at night to send her off to sleep. She never slept more than 3 hours before needing a feed. In hindsight for me this was great as I could sleep through the night - daughter would cry, wife would go and feed, she’d go back to sleep - but of course for my partner it was exhausting. Around the 9 month mark we started looking into sleep training and tried Ferber/cry it out. We’d take it in turns but had no real luck and would nearly alw

We’re getting a new kitchen installed and the joiner is ripping out the current one. I offered our existing units to neighbours in the estate for parts and one guy wants the bottom units and worktops including the frame around the cooker, but not the cooker itself.

I spoke to the joiner and he’s happy for us to dismantle things before he arrives (just makes his life easier) as long as we leave the plumbing intact, but I’m worried about the cooker. I’m going to the Coventry show in a week, got tickets for the Feuerzone. Is merch available to buy after the show or is it best to get there early and queue? What sort of wait times should I expect?

We're going for our 20 week scan soon and I thought I'd get my wife a little gift for afterwards. Doesn't have to be expensive, just a keepsake to celebrate the day like a charm. I wondered if any anyone has done something similar, or been on the receiving end, and had suggestions? We're planning to find out the baby's sex, but I don't think it's necessary to tie that into it.

I'm currently living in the UK, 30, self employed, and looking to start saving for retirement. After reading through advice here I orignally considered starting with an LISA and if I have any money left after reaching the 4k limit for the year I would open a SIPP. I'm not currently a high-rate tax payer, so I thought it made more sense to start with the LISA (please correct me if I'm wrong!). However there's quite a high chance that I will move to Japan at some point in the next 30 years, and could potentially retire there since my spouse is Japanese. I lived there for 6 years previously, and have been back working in the UK for the past two years. While I was living in Japan I paid into the
