I adopted my wonderful pup 6 years ago and on days when I go into the office (usually 2-3 times a week), I go home over lunch and hang with my pup and let her outside. Sometimes she doesn’t even want to go out. Or she just goes out and lays in the grass for a bit then wants back in. Now that I have a baby and I’m also pumping, it’s stressful to pump, go home and let dog out, eat lunch and get back to work all in under an hour. It also feels like a mad rush after work to eat, walk dog, pump and spend time with baby when she goes to bed between 6:30-7 most nights. Would it be terrible to not go home at lunch so I could eat and pump at worker, take a shorter lunch break and leave work at 4:30 i

I’ve been caffeine free for about 7 years now, my body is very sensitive so if I would have caffeine after 1pm I’d be up at night and couldn’t sleep. But now as a new mom to a 3 month old that was sleeping through the night and is now deciding to wake up three times (!!!) I am really struggling. Im working part time but go back full time in a week and not sure how I’ll make it without my afternoon nap. Looking for words of encouragement or advice or do I break down and start incorporating small amounts of caffeine each morning to keep me alert throughout the day? 🫠
I have a 11 week old babe and every day I nap when she does either in the morning or afternoon. I’m wondering if I need to get out of this napping habit before returning to work or if I should get all the naps that I can! What have y’all done in preparing for your return?? I’m actually a little excited to go back to work, I need a routine and feel passionate about my job but worried about being exhausted!
My LO was 9 lbs 3 oz at birth, latched right away, and didn’t have much trouble breastfeeding. She spent about a week in the NICU with pulmonary hypertension where she had a feeding tube (I pumped and brought my milk into the hospital). When she came off oxygen, I was able to come in and breastfeed and leave milk for overnight bottles. She came home and was eating regularly every 2 hours. Then she started sleeping longer through the night and had regained her birth weight and then some so pediatrician said to let her sleep up to 8 hours without having to wake her up for feeds. She sleeps about 5-6 hours, breastfeeds, goes back to bed but lately during the day she will go more than 2 hours -
