[Request] A tweak that maxes the volume for text messages containing certain words or phrases, regardless of current mute or volume settings.

In my personal application, it would be used to alert me if someone texts me asking if I was up, or if they used a word I shared with them that would wake me up in emergencies. Practical applications for others could include triggering this action when a SO or family member is mentioned, or words like "hospital," "police," or "fire" are used. Essentially, a pickier, term-based DND system versus a contact-based one.
