Just got my 16 pro Gen 2. I want the lower button to be the middle mouse button so I can scroll around the viewport in blender like he does here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HV4pRb6XKAI

When I set it, the very first time I use the button, the middle mouse kicks in and it works perfectly. However, every time after that it reverts back to that button controlling right click. The settings in the app don't change and still say it controls the middle mouse. If I reset them, and customize it again, I get one click as middle mouse and then it switches back to right click.

I have this image pattern that I want engraved on a mesh. I imported it using the image as plane addon, subdivided the heck out of the image, and used proportional editing to roughly match it to the curved middle portion of the blade.

Ultimately, I was going to try to use a boolean modifier to cut the pattern into the blade, but that only works if your cutter is a 3D object, not a plane.

I don't think I can use the displacement modifier, because it requires a square texture, not a curved one.

Any ideas?
