Hello all.

My wife has had three beautiful months at home with our baby girl. There have been ups and downs but there’s no doubt it has been a magical experience and we could not ask for more from our daughter. We’re a very happy family.

Unfortunately, my wife’s maternity leave is coming to an end and sadness is creeping in. I wish my career were more stable so I could spare her this pain but it’s not an option.

What can I do to help ease this transition for her? She’s a very loving mother, very deeply connected to our daughter, and I want her to have as smooth a transition as possible.

Thank you.
