Situation: Driving my 2020 F-150 XLT 3.5L approximately 600 miles across states, I began experiencing an engine shake about 4 hours into the drive when accelerating at 80+ mph. Immediate relief when I let off the gas. CEL would come on, blinking, during acceleration and then off when I got down to 60 mph.

I stopped and checked the vehicle with an OBD, it threw a P code for a 4th cylinder misfire. I changed out the spark plug and continued my journey.
