Sounds like a pretty great thing. Specifically what was called out in the article:

“Why does the bar need to know that person’s home address?” he asked. “Right now, if they’re getting a physical driver’s license, that bar has access to that person’s address, date of birth, organ donation status, veteran status — all of the other things that may appear on a driver’s license. They don’t need it.”

I’m planning a trip to Rome/Florence next year. The trip starts in Rome and ends in Florence. I’ve been pricing flights and it’s much cheaper to fly round trip to/from Rome than to fly to Rome and back from Florence.

I’m looking at Italia Rail as a possibility to take me from Florence to Rome but I have questions I hope somebody would be able to answer.

My flight from Rome to get home would leave at 11:20 AM. The Italia Rail website says the train would get to FCO from Florence at 7:40 AM.

Would this be enough time before leaving on an international flight?

Is the trains reliably station at the airport terminal?

Are the trains reliably on time?

We use tabletop exercises for business continuity and cyber attacks at work. Anyone have experience doing something like a tabletop exercise for ARES? I’m thinking it would be setup along similar lines of ICS command and response. Looking for a template if someone has done one before. If not, I may plan one out in the next few months.

Photobucket had been emailing me for what feels like a year. I finally decided to see what photos I still had in there only to be hit with this. Anything I might have in Photobucket is now behind a $5/month fee to access.

I’ve got a computer setup with EchoLink. I’m using a USB sound card for interface to a connected radio. The sound card will occasionally stop working I think either from a buffering issue from sampling rate, bad drivers, or maybe the sound card itself is going bad.

Any recommendations on a replacement that would work well with EchoLink? I’ve read that it wants 8000Hz sampling rate but I’m not finding any USB sound cards that go that low.

The Toyota console safe doesn’t appear to fit the 25 Camry. Console Vault also doesn’t appear to make one yet. Anyone have information on one that will fit current year model?

I emailed Toyota letting them know the option to control the defrosters in the Remote Connect is not there for my 2025 Camry XLE. They confirmed that it’s not supposed to be there.

I tried leaving the defrosters on before I got out of the car but when I did remote start the next day it switched back to Auto.

How can I make the defrosters come on remotely? I don’t see it in Carista but I’m willing to pay for this so I don’t have to scrape so much ice in these winter months.
