We need some advice on what the problem might be. The oven takes forever to get hot, doesn't stay hot, and we noticed a gas smell.

It's got the glow igniter, which starts glowing immediately when the oven is turned on. After a couple minutes the gas comes on and ignites, but only burns for couple minutes. But we can smell gas and the igniter is still glowing.

So best as I can figure either the igniter isn't staying hot enough to ignite the gas or the valve is keeping the gas open after it should have cut off.

So this was originally a short story, I feel like it got turned into a movie, and I can't remember any names of anything. Details may be wrong obviously, but I hope to remember the main gist of it all.

It's told from the perspective of one character, and opens with them on a train. They are on their way to a semi-annual reunion with their rich friends, all of which are better off and much higher up. The train meanwhile is being attacked by protestors (for various reasons), because this is a near-future fascist dystopia. The train stops near or at the end of the line, and they either are the last, or one of the last to arrive, and our ensemble cast consists of, Rich Business Man, Secret Po

I currently work as a sushi-man, and I've been making sushi for almost 2 years now. I moved to this restaurant in January so it's been almost 6 months. So right now I am in charge of all the prep-work for sushi bar because my chef is completely useless at everything except making orders. Well now my boss wants me to start doing all the kitchen's prep/side work too, while still being responsible for everything I'm doing now. She wants to do this without giving me a raise.

So, is that normal? My other jobs I've worked have always increased wage and responsibility at the same time. She says she gives raises based on how good someone is, but I know for a fact that's bullshit. What should I do?

The artist is this short squat dude, with looong hair. The music video has cameos of almost every major rockstar from the 70s and 80s. The song itself is about a girlfriend and I dont remember much else. Thank you!

The website was something like x1x.se I think. It has a black background and red text (I think). The site design is very simple, with very few ads. You can sort by production company or pornstar. It was free and had high quality videos.
