For those of you who are concerned about the social stigma of AGRs, it may comfort you to know that AGRs are seen as totally normal in a lot of big cities. In LA and NYC it is a common site to see 50+ yr old men with 20-30 yr old women. In SF I used to see middle aged gay men dating plenty of 19-20 yr old guys. Just know that there are places in the world this is not frowned upon!

Any recommendations for REALLY SCAREY haunted houses in the Bay Area? I am talking really scarey. No kids stuff.

Penalties, bad play calling, giving up big plays...OLD RAIDERS ARE BACK

I do 48 hour fasts pretty regularly (once a week or every other week). At about hour 30 I always start to get diarrhea. Not full blown liquid but very loose with small chunks. Looks like brown spiderwebs suspended in a light brownish/yellow liquid. Sorry if graphic. Outside of these 48 hour fasts I normally eat IF 18/6. Does anyone else have this issue or have an explanation?

Do these happen on the island? Just wondering after the Oakland fire and there are lots of warehouses here
