My wife and I are planning on making some renovations to our home, including a kitchen redo. Does anyone have any advice on specific loans or HELOC motions? Not sure where to start, so any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Just received an automated phone call from Xcel saying that they're shutting off power to our area for four hours on Wednesday, November 27 to conduct maintenance. It is insane to do this the day before Thanksgiving when many have family in town - including two infants - and are not only going to be without heat, but also working on trying to prepare for the holiday.

They threw out another date of December 2 in case of weather, but like, then just go with that date and give us the week's notice rather than a day and a half to make arrangements.

Appalling and just deplorable.

Since pre-patch came out, every time I logout and log back in, my action bars completely wipe and are blank. It sucks having to go through and reconfigure spells and everything every time I login, so I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or potentially might know how to fix it? I've submitted a bug report, but it's been over a week now and is making it hard to want to play the game.

I’ve been tired for years, waking up hungover or just overall groggy, but the best part is not having to get up to pee in the middle of the night every night. Crazy what sleeping through the night can do. IWNDWYT
