I am experiencing difficulty starting my XP13000HXT generator on natural gas, and I’d like to outline the steps I’ve already taken:

  1. I confirmed the natural gas line is fully open and connected.

  2. The fuel selector is set to natural gas.

  3. The battery switch is turned on, and the oil level is full.

  4. The idle control is off.

  5. I tried the electric start, but the button did not light up green.

Yikes. The more they update the app the slower it runs for me. I can barely navigate through the menus without struggling.

It lags between each click.

It takes a while to load when you click on a show.

I reset the TV.

I reinstalled the app.

Thoughts on what I can do?
