Basically title.

What's missing from title is that I started having weird freezes about two weeks ago, give or take. Sometimes I was able to ctrl-alt-del out of those, other times it took a hard reset. I figured it was a GPU Windows driver issue, as I didn't experience a single lock-up on Linux. Admittedly I was using Linux less often than Windows. Well today was the last hard reset for this MB/CPU, as it didn't POST anymore and the evil red LED of death was glowing menacingly (Post Status Checker LED on the motherboard).

BIOS was semi-recent (4.20) and I was able to Flashback it to 4.43 with CPU still installed after it stopped POSTing. Didn't help.

For those who are still confused what Workforce is used for and how it works, here's a rundown.

• The so-called Workforce "lives" in Habitats(A), Domes(P) and Biomes(T) and "consumes" Medical Supplies and Food (food rations for Argon, nostrop oil for Teladi, soja husk for Paranid). Its purpose is to increase efficiency (explained below) of modules.
• When you build a new factory, workforce starts at 0 and grows over time (rather slowly), as long as the station has at least one Habitat, Dome or Biome module attached.
• Workforce Efficiency varies between 100% and Maximum Efficiency (see below), depending on the available amount of workforce. It works as a multiplier for the amoun

The design of asteroid/gas fields looks as if an intern did it. Have a looksy:

A Perfect Circle (judging from the outlines there seem to be a couple more circles, one in Hatikvah's Choice, one in the Reach, I haven't scouted those systems entirely yet)

Note on Medical Supplies Production: There are three different medical production facilities in the game, one for each race. The chart only shows the Argon version. Other version use different plants for production (e.g. Teladi med. facility requires sunrise flowers, spices and water). Plan accordingly!

Note on Teladianium/Refined Metals: Teladi have their own factory variants for making Scanning Arrays, Hull Parts, Engine Parts and Advanced Composites. These factories use Teladianium instead of refin

For the last week or so I’ve been obsessing about this girl, who I’ve known for quite some time but haven’t had a chance to ask out until recently. An opportunity arose and I asked. She agreed to meet me on her own terms (time & place) because of her tight schedule, but then she had to cancel because she planned it poorly – the place we were supposed to meet at was closed that day.
