Hello everyone,

I've got a Dedica 685 and a K2 grinder, pulling shots with a medium roast that's about a week off roast date. No matter what I do, I get sour shots. Sour enough that I'm starting to wonder if my espresso and I are just fundamentally incompatible people.

I've found a grind setting where I get 15g coffee in, 30g yield out, in 28 seconds.... basically a textbook 1:2 ratio, right in the "golden window" everyone talks about. And it's still sour. I've made 8 espressos today (yes, eight, no I am not okay, my heart rate says hello) and every single one puckers my face like I just bit into a lemon that owes me money.

The frustrating part is the shot looks perfect... no spritzing, n

now i've been reading amazon reviews and seeing many people have issues with steam wand failing and not heating the milk

Anyone who has owned this machine for a year would like to hear your real world experience on this please

I sold an item to a UK based buyer.. The item location was clearly mentioned that it's overseas

I have my account on ebay uk.. But the product was shipped from outside uk and item location was showing the name of the origin country

Item was a rare electronic product which has stopped being manufactured it was brand new sealed

Buyer received it and complained that he was asked to pay 30 usd import fees and wants me to refund the amount or he will ask ebay to step In...

I just asked him to share the invoice and the picture of the product he received. Because I felt the only way he could open a case is via INAD.... He sent me thr pictures of the product which exactly matched the listing
