Thinking about purchasing this.
I see some recent complaints about the new engine update, butthey've done a few hotfixes for performance.
I have a 3080 so I shouldn't have issues, but I had absolutely terrible stutter when playing Returnal.
Thanks!

It seems more like a steamOS thing more than anything.
Ie. If I use Heroic and start a GOG game, and put the device to sleep, the time in sleep mode is counted towards the playtime
Haven’t tried other methods though (NSL).
Thanks!
For the UploadVR Showcase 2026 they mentioned a new bundle with Humble Bundle coming.
Nothing's been mentioned yet, but while trying to find out more information, I came across this:
If you have your eye on any of these in the Steam Summer Sale, consider holding on a bit longer
Soooooon.
I was hoping for some news before biting and growing the backlog.
There's a little less than 2 days before this bundle ends.
warning: I am not very knowledgeable about audio
Recently picked up an HD 550. It's great.
However, the sound is noticeably clearer when I press them against my ears. Makes sense in some way, the seal is tighter.
Is this normal / expected? Is the HD 550 just not a good fit for me? Would I be better off with headphones with tighter clamping?
Thanks!
Can I use any such TRRS extension cable with my HD 500 BAM and the quality will stay the same?
For example: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0928MF2ZS

Hello,
Does using JunkStore sync playtime across Epic/GOG?
If not, is it on the roadmap at all?
Ie. Using Heroic, if I play a GOG game and put the Deck to sleep, the playtime would include the time the Deck is asleep, even after waking up and playing
Thanks!

How heavy is the memory consumption with the newly updated stack?
I'm running on a Synology DS218+, which is pretty old now, and not with a ton of RAM.
More packages/applications == more memory required
There's a lot of new packages that I don't use (Authentik, Headscale) since I don't need access outside my home, and thus also don't likely need the supporting packages.
I'm not sure if I can just omit these from the yaml file and still have things work properly without a lot of tweaking.
Thank you!
As the title says, I seem to be getting poor scores on Windows 11 using https://adblock-tester.com
I have most of the options checked, some not checked are:
I'm using "DNS-over-HTTPS", so traffic filtering is on.
Am I missing something?
Thank you!
Hello,
So I'm looking to hook up an external HDD via USB to my DS218+.
I'll be putting Plex media on it. The DS218+ itself will be in a RAID1 setup.
usbshare1 or somethingAny issues with this setup?
Thank you!
So unfortunately having a wired house is not an option at the time.
Does getting a openWRT SQM capable router (ex. gl-mt3000, which I realize is technically a travel router, but still works) and using my current Deco mesh for Wifi access point make sense?
I realize the wireless will always be a chokepoint, but I figured that the router will be able to help with bufferbloat. Will I get bufferbloat regardless due to the wireless being a chokepoint?
Is there any benefit to having a system like this?
Thank you!
