I posted an item and the recipient got a card through claiming there was 'no postage' attached and a £5 fee to pay. when they went to the sorting office to collect the item it was obvious that this was a outright lie as there was a 1st class stamp right there in the top corner (even though they stuck a huge label over it its clearly a 1st class stamp).
Even if they thought that there was insufficient postage because it was only a 1st class stamp then that should be a £1.50 fee not £5. But there was more than enough to cover the costs it has a stamp on worth £1.80 and the package size and weight are within the 2nd class large letter < 100g so the postage would only be £1.55 and it even say

I recently merged 2 of my tier 1 planes to a tier 2 but found a few downsides to it, which i thought id share with others who might be thinking about doing it.

  1. If your tier 1 planes have a lot of maxed out gear, you might find your tier 2 plane is actually weaker than your 10 star tier 1 planes until you upgraded it a few times.
  2. Co-pilots need retraining on tier 2 planes. I had fully trained 4 star copilot giving me 75% increase in health and damage but then noticed that was only for tier 1 planes and it was only giving me 2% increase for tier 2, so this made my tier 2 plane much weaker. It takes about 30 hours of play to do it the long way of having them equipped while playing befor

When I tried to place an order the other day I received a message that i had received a penalty and it won't let me place any orders:

Significant abnormalities with the return you submitted

The only return i have had was for a WiFi adapter than arrived faulty, but they provided no evidence of what was supposedly wrong with the return as to why they claim there was 'significant abnormalities' I uploaded a video showing why it wasnt working and sent back what i received and in the same packaging it was delivered in and received my refund.

I have gone through and appealed it, but not sure exactly what appeal documents im supposed to upload? Ive tried to speak to customer service but the

I have been playing the tier 1 engine event for the last few days. Ive upgrade my plane and wingmans engines up to 4 stars. But noticed that the power levels of the plane remain unchanged since i upgraded the engines.

Is that normal or am i doing something wrong?

I have the app installed on both my Oneplus phone and also a Lenovo touch screen Chromebook, both installed from the Google Play store.
Its been working fine for months on the Chromebook and that is my preferred device to play it on as the bigger 10 inch screen makes avoiding bullets a bit easier. But now when i open the game on my Chromebook is tells me i need to update the app to version 15.36. The version I have on my Chromebook is 15.26.
My phone has updated to 15.36 without any issue but on the Chromebook it says there are no updates for the app, and even when i uninstalled the app and reinstalled it on the Chromebook the version it installs from the Play store is still 15.26 and

I am using Bodhi 7 and randomly when using the trackpad to move the mouse pointer this window will pop up and i have to keep hitting ESC to get it to go away. This doesn't happen when im using a Bluetooth mouse or the tablets touch screen only when using the trackpad.

I am assuming its some sort of swipe setting that i am inadvertently activating when moving the mouse pointer with the trackpad, but i can't figure out how to stop it happening. There is no obvious pattern as to when it occurs as and it happens when just on the desktop, in the file manager, in a web browser etc.

Any advise on how to stop this window keep popping up? Disabling whatever this feature is entirely would be fine a

I posted twelve 2nd class large letters at the post office on the 17th Nov containing items id sold on ebay. I am now facing 8 item not received claims on ebay from the buyers who have not received their items, all of them were posted the 17th.
Other mail posted after the 17th has already been delivered so i can only assume the whole mail bag of stuff posted on the 17th has got mislaid as to why they are all undelivered 9 days later. And i am expecting the 4 buyers who have yet to open an INR claim to do so soon.

Is it likely they will still get delivered or should i be prepared to submit claims for lost items if they don't arrive in the next few days?

For the last couple of years whenever i have had something to send which I wanted to post as 2nd class large letter <100g I used a regular 1st class stamp i had and written 'treat as 2nd class' on the envelope. I have sent dozens of low value items id sold online this way and never had any issues.

Within the last couple of weeks I have had 2 recipients report to me that they had to pay an additional £1.50 for 'insufficient postage' for large letters packages i've sent, even though they were less than 100g and the value of a 1st class stamp is worth15p more than that of a second class large letter stamp.

Have the RM change their policy to stop accepting them as the face value of their posta

I received an email yesterday saying the following:

We strive to provide our customers with seamless and user-friendly payment solutions. Unfortunately, sometimes we can't process activity for a variety of reasons, including local laws, our policies or the policies of our partner banks and card networks.

Why is this happening?

Based on the information we have today, it appears that there has been activity on this account that we cannot process.

I opened a claim with the RM last night for a signed for package which i posted 3 weeks ago which was not delivered. I woke up this morning to see an email send at 1:30am from the RM quoted below.
The fact this email as sent at 1:30am suggests its an automated email as I doubt their customer service is checking lost item claims at 1am in the morning.

Thank you for contacting Royal Mail regarding a trackable mail item, reference number (number removed)

I'm sorry but we are unable to consider your claim. Our investigations into your enquiry have included checking all available service information and we can confirm that we delivered this item.

*I hope that the action and explanation

I tried to sign up for an Etsy store today, and after spending about 30 minutes creating a listing and then entering all my personal details, I get to a screen that says I have to upload my government issued photo ID and it won't let me go any further without doing that.

I don't drive so have no driving license or a passport to use, and here in the UK we don't have government ID cards and this generally isn't an issue as I don't recall the last time someone asked me to prove who I was.

I have opened an ebay account and a Paypal account without requiring any photo ID, and I do have utility bills, and a letter from the HMRC (Tax office) showing my name, address and tax number etc.

I received an email from Royal Mail today telling me that I will need to provide additional information online when booking parcels for delivery to NI after 1st May due to the Windsor framework coming into effect.
https://www.royalmail.com/windsor-framework

The Royal Mail website has no mention of what to do for sending something to Northern Ireland if you aren't buying your postage online. It appears they assume no one uses stamps or pays for postage at the PO anymore?

I have loads of unused stamps over from the swap out scheme so would usually just stick the right amount of stamps on the parcel and drop it off at the post office, Is that g

I thought someone i had messaged had not read the last couple of messages I sent to them, because they just showed 2 grey tick marks next to them not blue. But when i scrolled back up to previous messages in the chat with them they all now show as only 2 grey tick and none of them are blue.
I know they have read and they have replied to previous messages but they don't show as being read anymore?
I can still see the persons profile photo and i did verify security code and it said said it was automatically verified so i don't think they have blocked me.
Does it mean they have turned off the read receipts in their privacy settings?
They don't like to speak on the phone so messaging is

I wondered if the postage would be valid i purchased a 100g large letter label from Click and Drop and then attached stamps to make it up to the value of a 250g large letter? Or even up to a small parcel?

The reason why i would want to do this is because I have a lot of stamps and used to drop off my mail pre paid for with stamps to my local Post Office, but this recently closed so I now have quite a trek to get to the nearest PO. Yet there is a convenience store just at the end of my street which I can drop RM packages off at, but only if they have a barcode/QR code that the shop can scan.
So if I can buy a lower priced prepaid RM label from click and drop and attach stamps to get it up
