(Recently made a similar post but did more research and narrowed it down to a few different options.)

I've never owned a camera before and recently decided to get into photography. After doing some research, I've narrowed it down to a few options: Sony A6700 or Fuji X-S20 / X-T30 III / X-M5. But I'm open to other brands too!

I’ll be doing the questionnaire just in case.

Budget & Use Case:

· ~$1,200 USD for body only

· 99% photos, 1% videos (video specs aren't a priority)

· Mainly travel + everyday life (nature, portraits, landscape, architecture)

· Not a fan of sports/wildlife/candids. Nice to have, but not a necessity

· I recently rented an X-T30 II for a day and loved the recipes, but barely used the viewfinder, so EVF isn't a must-have for me

Prices (new, body only) where i’m from:

· X-S20:(~$1,175)

· A6700:(~$1045)

currently looking for a camera mainly for travelling and everyday life. compact size is definitely a big plus since i’ll probably carry it around a lot, but i don’t necessarily need something tiny as long as it’s not huge.

currently considering the ricoh gr iv and sony rx100 vii.

the ricoh really appeals to me because of the size, image quality and overall mood/vibe of the photos. but i’m unsure if i’ll regret not having zoom while travelling.

the rx100 vii seems way more versatile and practical, especially for travel flexibility, but i’m worried the photos might feel a bit less “special” or atmospheric compared to the ricoh.

i’ll probably be taking a mix of both daytime and night photos

I have never played a single resident evil game but saw that it’s on sale on steam. I thought about getting only resident evil 2, 3, village, 4. Would I be missing out on a lot?

I’ve recently got into One Piece TCG and have only bought loose packs. Was thinking of getting booster boxes online but have heard of weighing packs or boxes in Pokemon. Is it the same for OPTCG? I’m mainly buying Japanese boxes only if that matters.

Thinking of getting some games this upcoming autumn sale. I usually play competitive, FPS, and coop games with friends but am looking to try games from other genres too.

I’ve played black myth wukong and clair obscur expedition 33. Really enjoyed both of these games, so I’m looking for games with good story and combat. I already have elden ring and sekiro too.

Also played the quarry and enjoyed it even tho it was my first time playing a game like that, so i might get the dark pictures anthropology games.

Basically looking for games with either good story/ good combat/ good graphics too ig. But am also open to other genres like roguelite, roguelike, etc. ( anything honestly )
