Two weeks ago someone threw a tiny, malnourished and dirty three month old kitten over the wall into our yard. We have a German Rottweiler who looks and sounds pretty menacing (though she’s the sweetest dog I’ve ever met), this person tried to get rid of this kitten assuming one of our dogs would get to her. Thankfully, all three of our dogs are sweethearts and all they did was kinda nudge her and bark until we heard something was up. We took her to the vet and all that, and after a couple days of forced bonding as she was either feral or terrified of people, she turned into the sweetest kitten.

We have a three year old cat, so we isolated the kitten in a room so she could get used to her

I feel like I am always learning about my mental illness, and a while back I identified that some issues I’ve been sorts struggling with a bit are mixed states and the psychosis that usually comes with them. My mixed states come with really quick shifts of mood and piques in activity (I’ll be lethargic the whole day then suddenly jumping off the walls) and almost always include a psychotic break somewhere in the middle. I suffer from visual and auditory delusions, though visuals are more common for me (a common one is that I’ll see my pen roll off my desk when it hasn’t moved an inch in reality) which triggers my paranoia which is exalted by the manic spikes. Does this sort of thing happen
