Can anyone tell me what the traffic is usually like when travelling from Beerwah to Nambour and return on a regular day once school goes back?

I'm starting a new job in Nambour soon and I live near Beerwah. I can choose to work either 8am-4pm or 830am to 430pm. Any insight appreciated.

I've since unblocked the person on messenger & reactivated my profile and I've noticed they are no longer my friend.

As the title says, I've accidentally taken a second dose of 10mg for the day. I took my usual dose upon waking at 530am this morning. It is now 930pm.

I took one of my Lex' instead of my usual Clonidine before bed by mistake (which usually helps calm me before sleep, it was prescribed for adhd + nightmares).

Anyone done this before, and did it mess with your sleep? I've been sleeping like crap lately and was hoping for a good night's rest tonight!

Friend (33M) has lesions varying in size from his face down to his feet, ongoing for approximately 4 years. Mostly not itchy, aside from the legs.

Docs & Dermatologists have ruled out ringworm, dermatitis, gluten intolerance and grass allergies. No major dietary changes.

Bloods are normal, aside from allergy test/marker which came back high at 940 (IgE).

Currently a waiting list to see an immunologist which could take a while.

Anything else he should be looking into to get to the bottom of it?

Firstly, I'm not great with numbers. I've tried figuring this out myself using the AMP salary sacrifice calculator & I still can't quite grasp the concept. My mind turns to mush when it comes to numbers.

Some colleges were discussing the benefit of salary sacrificing for super contributions.

They mentioned their sacrifice was around the 5% or 6% mark which gave them an extra $50 or so in their take home pay each week. Keep in mind they would be on a different salary to me.

My average weekly income is $1,804 before tax.

I filled out the form & chose to contribute 6%. My latest take home pay is $70 less, I've paid $37 less tax & I've contributed an $108 to my super via salary sacrificing.

What are your thoughts? Is anyone using them regularly?
