Hi all, I’m hoping to apply for my CPDT-KA before the deadline this month and had a quick question for you all about the attestation statement.

I currently work in the same building as a veterinarian and did ask her if she’d be willing to sign, but she’s extremely busy and hasn’t had a chance to get back to me yet. I’m getting a bit nervous! There also aren’t many CPDT-certified trainers active in my area, and while I’ve worked alongside other trainers, they don’t hold this certification.

For those of you who have your CPDT-KA how did you go about getting your attestation signed? Did you reach out to someone you hadn’t worked closely with?

Need a little help with this. I have a Sony Trinitron KV-1920D from 1977 with a problem I haven’t seen before. It’s in really good shape except that, one day, these black spots leeched into the picture. They can be modulated slightly (maybe .5”) by increasing the picture brightness. It seems like the lines in this black zone still get activated to some degree, as observing them closely shows the red/green/blue dots. There’s just no signal. I have yet to open up the chassis to see what might be wrong. Does anyone have a good place to start? If it is the picture tube, I will just enjoy it as it is, but if it could be fixed with a recap, I will get on it! Thank you guys for any lea

I’m posting again hoping that someone can help me this time. I am presently employed, but homeless and living in AirBNBs. I’m trying to find a room rental, but most ask for a security deposit + rent, and I’m trying to find something without wasting a bunch of money on short term accommodation. My current stay ends on Nov 13th. If someone could loan me this, I would probably be able to pay it back sooner than the last payment on Dec. 24th. I would even be willing to pay more in interest. I’m willing to offer whatever kind of verification you might need. I have done some loans here but it was a while ago.

Hello, I was recently illegally evicted and ran through my savings trying to keep myself housed. I was a college student focusing on my studies, but I’m now working two jobs, and I need help until my first paycheck hits on 11/13 to pay for another Air BNB. It will be really hard for me to keep these jobs without a place to sleep/shower, not to mention I’m in an area with very high cost of living and very few resources for people facing homelessness. If I could pay the loan back in 3 parts it would really help make sure I am not running out of money until I get paid again. Thanks for reading.
