If you don’t pair your car to try and skip saw tooth on the 12v, how does it work with preconditioning?

If I set my car that I leave everyday at 7:30, can it precondition without DCM? If by chance I don’t leave that day, I assume I have to go to the car to turn off preconditioning?

I have been interested in solar since we moved into our house. The front roof isn't perfect but based on the below quotes we can get some good coverage. It's south facing. On top of this, I had the roof inspected once (I plan to get a 2nd opinion) and the inspector who is form a well known/well respected company said our front has 2-3 years and back has 3-4 years in their opinion. It's shorter than we thought and wonder if the former owners fudged their roof age. Anyway, now we're considering getting a new roof next year so we can get solar.

I’m looking to help my mom on this, before I send her to a lawyer. She lives in an HOA community in Florida. A sprinkler that the HOA manages was installed so it was spraying right on a window, it has been like this forever. The water has leaked inside and caused ~$15k worth of damage. A contractor that gave her this quote stated he would write that the sprinkler is what caused the damage. The worker from the sprinkler contractor stated that the sprinkler likely did the damage and he is now no longer employed. My mom was told “he no longer works here.”

It seems like ESPN/HBO are needed for round 1. If I live in Buffalo, can I watch with the D+/Hulu/ESPN bundle and then get HBO max?

I'm going to be accepting this proposal but just wanted to know if there's anything to ask about it or what I should be asking (that I may have not) before accepting.

Have estimates from Redefine Landscaping and Siegel landscape and drainage. Saw some positive word of mouth on Siegel here. Both are similar amounts. Have you worked with either of these contractors? The scope of the work: ripping out some areas, grinding down a high spot (likely an old tree), grading areas of my front & back yard and some piping to assist with drainage on the right side of my property.

Probably having a lot of house work done this year but feeling burned by using Amherst Roofing who taught me a lot of lessons and questions to ask.
