Looking to acquire a PD Cuff in lightly used or new condition.
Interested in acquiring X mount prime lenses such as the 23mm F2 or the 35mm F2. Mainly interested in the effective focal lengths (for cropped) most commonly used in street photography.
Specially looking for XC 35mm f2 or XF 23mm f2
Looking to buy a used X-T2 body around the $450 USD point. Does not have to be in excellent condition. Will also consider lens if within my needs.

Hey all, I am exploring options regarding the better ways to locate my salary. I would like opinions on the idea of acquiring a house.
I am 25 years old and plan on getting married early 2025. I am an engineer working from home making around 160K year, my monthly spending including both necessary things like utilities and not so necessary things like eating out is ~$1800 month, this I consider to be modest given my monthly gross income. As far as debt, there is none. Besides this, I have a $60,000 emergency fund in a HYSA, I max out my employer's 401K plan and list my parents as dependents, also until I am 27 I can deduct around 40K from my taxes(young professionals
Hey all, trying to follow the normal advice here, I tried to make sure my TWN was frozen, while I do see my employer there, when I try to get my report it mentions my identity could not be verified. It also suggests sending a OTP to a few different emails and phone numbers and none of those is mine. Does this means my employer is not reporting the data or??
Hey all, I opened a card May 9, of course that triggered a hard inquiry and lowered my credit (around a 19 pt drop since I don't have a lot of history, ~1.2 years total). Later that month the card reported a utilization of $20 (my total available credit on all accounts is 5400). Since then I have paid the card and have a 0% utilization reported.
Now I get a notification that my score decreased again (16 pts), when I go into my report I don't see any negative remarks and my credit is frozen with no new inquiries (besides the one I made for the card mentioned).
Is this normal or should I be calling them?
EDIT: I do see 0% utilization, but this month I used about 75% of the available cred
Hey all,
I just wanted to get your inputs on some things to discuss with a manager and what to expect in terms of 1:1. In my case, I have worked in industry before, but my role(s) was at a startup and oversight was not the best. Now I am at a really big company with a manager that seems pretty ok.
We have started establishing short (monthly) goals and long term too.
Besides this, what can I do to foster a better relationship and what kind of stuff should I expect?
Thanks!
Hey all,
I know inquiries lower the credit, and people with thiner files will see more points dropped in comparison to those with lengthy histories. However, this Experian article suggests about 5 points. My credit dropped from 750 to 731 after one inquiry. My credit history is 1 year, 1 month.
Hi, all, just wanted to share my DP applying for the CFU. I applied today via a referral link and after applying received the message
We need to review your request a little longer.
After this I followed a few recommendations on this sub, called the automatic status line which said I would be notified in around 2 weeks. A few hours later I called the verification department at the number(888-688-6708) provided here and after a few minutes on the line and verifying my ID I was approved.
Some data points:

Basically title. Started a new position and was wondering, what things do you establish with your manager on your first few meetings, what questions do you guys think are paramount?
For example, I like to start by establishing where I want my career to go, and maybe talk about how we can achieve this.
What other things you consider important, like establishing how you prefer feedback, etc.
EDIT: title is meant to say establish, NOT Stabling
