So last night when I was in my bed I had the window open, and I heard a sound kind of similar to a human giggle, but just a little bit off. The road my house is on has a lot of students passing by and I thought it was some young girl or child laughing, but there were no other accompanying sounds, so would be kinda weird for a person to be giggling loudly by themselves. But anyway then the sound appeared again and now it was like a really long and creepy "giggle" that I thought could be some kind of a bird ? But at the end it kind of made a weird high pitched shriek and I would really like to know what the hell that was cause it kind of creeped me out lol.

Okay so I don't know how to explain it, but I really like the look of hair that has less body and volume and is more wispy and stuck together, rather than voluminous and spread out ? Not sure if anyone is getting the vision so I will attach two photos to try and explain better.

The first picture is what I would like my hair to look like, just kind of laying more closely to my head and body, and having spiky and wispy ends, whereas the second picture is a bit more like what my hair looks like, kind of wide and spread out and the ends are blunt and straight.

So I forgot my lunch at home today, that was: white rice, salmon, broccoli, sesame seeds, soy sauce and pretty much that. It was in a zojirushi food jar, something like a thermos that keeps food warm. I was wondering if it would be safe to eat for dinner, about 10 hours after packing, or should I not risk it. I've eaten rice left out for a few hours before at room temperature, and I didn't have any issues, but still wanted to hear some opinions. Thanks !

Hello, so I just bought a heme iron supplement that says it's 500 mg and in brackets it says 10 mg iron, which I'm assuming that is either the absorbed amount, or the elemental iron ? But I seriously can't find any info on whether taking 500 mg of heme iron is safe, like it seems like so much, but at the same time it's a popular supplement sold freely in drugstores here. Also I am taking 330mg of ferrous sulfate prescribed by my doctor, but I wanted to also add a little bit of heme since I don't eat meat. Do you think I can combine those ? Would appreciate if anyone had any advice, thanks !

So I'm writing this post just because I needed to share this with someone, and maybe hear some thoughts or similar but positive stories. I was riding the train to work today, chuo line to shinjuku, and a man suddenly passed out and fell to the floor, and yes while it was super packed, pretty much no one did anything, other than one other guy asked him if he was okay, and maybe helped him up (not sure, it didn't happen right in front of me and I didn't see well). So my story starts about 5 months ago with pulsatile tinnitus in my left ear. Hello mushroom identifying people. I'm sorry if this isn't the right place to post, but I'm really worried that I might've eaten a poisonous mushroom. Yesterday at around noon I ate a pizza with lots of mushrooms on it, and about 7 hours later I started feeling a little weird, my stomach began feeling upset, and I threw up 3 times shortly after. Now the pizzeria that I ate at said on the menu "local mushrooms", and it wasn't really a proper restaurant but a van that they were selling out of, which leads me to believe that the owner MIGHT potentially be working independently and picking the mushrooms himself from the nearby woods.
