Hey pros - I’m having our patio extended and the contractors excavated into the sprinkler line. Doesn’t matter as that whole section would need to be capped anyway.

Problem is they hit the pvc and now it’s blasting sand everywhere when the sprinkler runs. What’s the easiest way to stop the leak while simultaneously capping that portion?

Looking for the specific things I need at Home Depot since I already went once and got a 1/2” male threaded cap and realized there’s no point in capping when there’s a hole in the pvc 4’ away.

Has anyone gotten a quote lately for a whole home genny?

I have a small, 1400 sq ft house in central east coast (Vero / Ft Pierce area). Our town doesn’t have buried lines and we consistently get outages, so thought I’d consider getting a tank buried and an LP Generac to power the house.

Was quoted $20k… does that sound reasonable? Seems high to me.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Downsizing our house and looking to allocate sale proceeds.

Have been fucking around with NVDY for the last three months to the tune of 1k shares, and capturing my $1k/mo dividend just to test the waters. I move that the NAV is stable.

My question for the pros here is: how would you best allocate $150k into Yieldmax considering the following:

1. I’d like to use the YM to pay off my mortgage (roughly 250k). Not that I’d do this, but hypothetically- 150k in NVDY would give me roughly $6k/mo in income without destroying initial investment. My calculations said if NVDY holds up, I could pay my house off in 4 years. Granted the underlying has to perform etc, I realize that.

2. I’m not int

Has anyone here transacted with Legendwatch as a TD? Curious to hear any reviews, as they have a couple of things I really have my eye on that are unique to them.
