So I just went flawless, should I reset the card and keep playing or play on the 7 win card. I want to get more adept immortals

How can I get this sniper? I don’t own the season pass for it

I took a break from this game, came back after 3 months and I’ve been trying to use heavenly hand power a jutsu I used to use all the time in flag but it just doesn’t hit the same anymore. Like it only works once or twice a game before the jutsu would work almost every time I activated it. Did they nerf it or something or am I just trippin?
